Recently, a book entitled “The Eighty Barrier” by the Japanese psychologist “Hediki Wada” was recently released in Japan.
As soon as it went down to libraries, its sales exceeded 500,000 copies, and many expect it to be the best-selling and may reach one million copies in the coming months.
– 61-year-old “Dr. Wada” is one of the most prominent specialists in the health of the elderly. He has collected the summary of his long experience in 24 rules that summarize the secret of life, which is calmer after reaching the age of sixty and includes simple rules in appearance, but it carries deep wisdom, which are:
1. Walk every day.
Breathe deeply when you get angry.
3- Move and don’t let your bodies harden.
4- Drink water in the summer with the air conditioner.
5- Chew well. The mind moves with the mouth.
6- Memory is not lost in age, but by not using.
7- Do not take too much medicine.
8. Do not seek to reduce pressure and sugar unnecessarily.
Unity may be peace, not isolation.
10 – Laziness is not a defect.
11. There is no need for a driver’s license when you grow up.
12. Do what you love, and leave what you don’t like.
13. Do not be locked up in your homes.
14. Eat what makes you happy and light weight gain does not harm.
15- Do not sit with those you do not feel comfortable with.
16. Don’t watch too much TV.
17. Learn to live with the disease instead of always fighting it.
18. Optimism is a medicine.
19 – Fruits, sun, air are all reasons for happiness.
20 – Express what is in your hearts.
21. Changing opinion when needed is not a problem.
22. Stopping learning is the beginning of old age.
23 – Satisfaction is sufficient and a smile brings luck.
24. Old age is not a burden but a gift.
Through these wise touches, Dr. Wada reminds us that the years after 60 are not the end of the road, but the beginning of a stage of simplicity and reassurance, a stage in which we see life with clearer eyes.
– Conclusion:
– Live simply.
Move as much as you can every day.
. Smile a lot.
– Accept your body and age with love, and you will find that happiness was closer than you think.
Share it with those you love. Wisdom and advice have no limits… May God make your days happy and have a good time
