بأسمى معانى الفخر والإعتزاز والتقدير والإحترام إلى فخامة الرئيس الصينى الرفيق “شى جين بينغ” وقيادات المكتب السياسى للحزب الشيوعى الحاكم فى الصين، ووزارة أمن الدولة الصينية وكافة أبناء الشعب الصينى وشعب تايوان، بمناسبة إعلان الهيئة التشريعية الوطنية الصينية لتحديد يوم أكتوبر لإحياء ذكرى إسترداد تايوان

ولتحديد ذلك اليوم ٢٥ أكتوبر، للإحتفال بذكرى إستعادة تايوان العديد من الدلالات الهامة أمام المجتمع الدولى بأسره، لتحديد يوم الإحياء هذا من أجل تعزيز الحقائق التاريخية والقانونية بأن “تايوان كانت جزءاً لا يتجزأ من الأراضي الصينية المقدسة” منذ العصور القديمة، وتوطيد إلتزام المجتمع الدولى بمبدأ “صين واحدة”، حيث سيساعد تحديد يوم الإحياء هذا فى الحفاظ على منجزات إنتصار الصين خلال الحرب العالمية الثانية.

مع إتفاقى التام والتشديد نيابةً عن الجميع، مع وجهة نظر بكين الرسمية فى إعتبار تايوان جزءاً لا يتجزأ من أراضيها، والتمسك بمبدأ “صين واحدة” ومعارضة أى إعتراف بتايوان كدولة مستقلة، مع توجيه إحترامنا جميعاً للدستور الصينى، الذى تنص دساتيره صراحةً، على أن إعادة توحيد الوطن هى واجب وطنى.

ويأتى الهدف من وراء تحديد يوم ٢٥ أكتوبر للإحتفال بذكرى إستعادة تايوان إلى وطنها الأم فى البر الرئيسى للصين، بهدف توحيد أبناء الشعب الصينى والأمة الصينية جميعاً فى وطن واحد يضم الجميع تحت مبدأ “صين واحدة”، بما فى ذلك أبناء الوطن على جانبى مضيق تايوان، للتذكير بشكل مشترك وإحياء الذاكرة الجماعية لأبناء الشعب الصينى والعالم بأسره، وللتذكير بتاريخ حرب المقاومة الشعبية الصينية ضد العدوان اليابانى ومواجهة أبناء الشعب الصينى للفاشية العسكرية لليابان، وتكريم الشهداء الصينيين الذين قاتلوا ضد الغزاة اليابانيين، والحفاظ على نتائج الإنتصار الصينى فى الحرب العالمية الثانية، والمتمثلة فى إعادة تايوان إلى أحضان الوطن الأم فى بكين. حيث أن إستعادة تايوان كانت إنجازاً عظيماً تحقق من خلال الكفاح الدؤوب والتضحيات الهائلة للأمة الصينية بكاملها بمشاركة كافة طوائف وأبناء الشعب الصينى بدون أى تفرقة، بما فى ذلك أبناء تايوان، وهى ذكرى من وجهة النظر الصينية الرسمية، تستحق أن يحتفى بها بشكل مشترك من قبل أبناء الوطن على جانبى المضيق فى تايوان كجزء لا يتجزأ من البر الرئيسى للصين، وفقاً لمبدأ “صين واحدة”.

وبذلك نفهم دلالة تحديد يوم إستعادة تايوان وإقامة أنشطة تذكارية على المستوى الوطنى الصينى، لما لذلك من دلالة ورمزية هامة أمام المجتمع الدولى كله، تساعد فى تسليط الضوء على الحقيقة التاريخية التى لا جدال فيها بأن “تايوان جزء لا يتجزأ من الصين”. على أن يتم الإحتفال فى تايوان بيوم ٢٥ أكتوبر من كل عام، كعيد وطنى رسمى، ويسمى (يوم إعادة تايوان)، ويقصد بذلك إعادة أراضى تايوان إلى دولة وحكومة جمهورية الصين الشعبية.

ومن أجل ذلك، ستتم دعوة أبناء تايوان للمشاركة فى تجمع حاشد بمناسبة الذكرى الـ ٨٠ لإعادة تايوان إلى الصين، والذى سيقام يوم ٢٥ أكتوبر فى البر الرئيسى للصين. ومن أجل ذلك سيشارك ممثلين من قطاعات مختلفة تايوانية لحضور هذا التجمع الحاشد فى بكين، بينما سيتم تنظيم زيارات وأنشطة تبادل قبل الحدث وبعده.

وكخبيرة مصرية معروفة دولياً فى الشأن السياسى الصينى… أطالب كافة السفارات والقنصليات الصينية حول العالم، بعمل إحتفالات مماثلة فى كافة بلدان العالم، وبالأخص بلدان ودول الجنوب العالمى النامى، لمشاركة أبناء الشعب الصينى الشقيق الإحتفال بذكرى إستعادة تايوان فى ٢٥ أكتوبر

بمشاركة أبناء الشعب الصينى الإحتفال معهم بذكرى إستعادة تايوان فى ٢٥ أكتوبر، بالكتابة والتحليل والشرح، بأن “تايوان جزء لا يتجزأ من أراضى الصين”

مع تذكيرى المجتمع الدولى بأسره وأبناء الشعب الصينى والتايوانى وكافة شعوبنا المصرية والعربية والإسلامية… بأن دلالة تحديد يوم ٢٥ أكتوبر للإحتفال بذكرى إستعادة تايوان، يأتى فى إطار جهود الدولة الصينية فى حل قضية تايوان ومنع التدخل الخارجى والأمريكى بالأخص فى شئونها الداخلية، وتحقيق حلم إعادة التوحيد الكامل للصين كطموح وهدف مشترك لجميع أبناء الأمة الصينية، وهو أمر لا غنى عنه لتحقيق النهضة العظيمة والشاملة للأمة الصينية. وهو أيضاً مهمة تاريخية للحزب الشيوعى الصينى. مع سعى الحزب الشيوعى الصينى والحكومة الصينية والشعب الصينى جاهدين لعقود لتحقيق هذا الهدف. ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف المتمثل فى الإحتفال بذكرى إستعادة تايوان، فقد أكدت قيادات الحزب الشيوعى الحاكم فى الصين على الإحتفال بـ (عهد جديد فى بناء الإشتراكية ذات الخصائص الصينية). ونجد بأنه تحت القيادة القوية للجنة المركزية للحزب الشيوعى الصينى، وفى القلب منها الرفيق “شى جين بينغ” بصفته الأمين العام للحزب الشيوعى الحاكم، فقد إعتمد الحزب الشيوعى الصينى والحكومة الصينية تدابير جديدة ومبتكرة فيما يتعلق بتايوان. وواصلا رسم مسار العلاقات عبر المضيق التايوانى، وضمان صون السلام والإستقرار عبر مضيق تايوان، وتعزيز التقدم نحو إعادة التوحيد الوطنى. ومع ذلك، فى السنوات الأخيرة، ضاعفت السلطات التايوانية، بقيادة (الحزب الديمقراطى التقدمى)، جهودها لتقسيم البلاد، وحاولت بعض القوى الخارجية إستغلال تايوان لإحتواء وعرقلة صعود الصين، ومنع الأمة الصينية من تحقيق إعادة التوحيد الكامل، ووقف عملية التجديد الوطنى.

لذا، عمل الحزب الشيوعى الصينى جاهداً خاصةً فى السنوات الأخيرة، على توحيد أبناء الشعب الصيني وقاده نحو تحقيق الهدف المئوى الأول المتمثل فى (بناء مجتمع مزدهر بإعتدال فى جميع النواحى، والشروع فى رحلة جديدة نحو الهدف المئوى الثانى المتمثل فى بناء الصين لتصبح دولة إشتراكية حديثة).

ومن أجل ذلك، أعلن كأكاديمية وخبيرة مصرية معروفة دولياً ومعنية بالشأن السياسى الصينى وسياسات الحزب الشيوعى الحاكم فى الصين، تأييدى الكامل لدعوة الرئيس الصينى الرفيق “شى جين بينغ” فى يوم الأحد الموافق ١٩ أكتوبر ٢٠٢٥ فى خطاب رسمى له، إلى بذل جهود من أجل “توحيد الصف مجدداً” فى رسالة تهنئة للزعيمة الجديدة لحزب المعارضة الرئيسى فى تايوان والبرلمانية السابقة “تشنغ لى وون”، والتى إنتخبت من كافة فئات الشعب التايوانى والمؤيدة لمبدأ “صين واحدة” فى مواجهة (الحزب الديمقراطى التقدمى فى تايوان) الموالى للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والغرب والداعى لجهود تقسيم الصين وإستقلال تايوان فى مواجهة البر الرئيسى للصين.

وبناءً عليه، أعلن تضامنى العميق والكامل مع القيادات السياسية الصينية فى العاصمة بكين، لتلك الخطوة من أجل منع التقسيم وإعادة توحيد صف أبناء الشعب الصينى والتايوانى جميعاً… منددين جميعاً ومعلنين رفضنا التام والشديد لأى محاولات عبثية خارجية أمريكية وغربية للتلاعب بقضية إستقلال تايوان فى مواجهة أبناء الشعب الصينى

Congratulatory statement to Chinese President Comrade “Xi Jinping”, the leaders of the Political Bureau of the ruling Communist Party of China, the Chinese Ministry of State Security, and all the Chinese people and the people of Taiwan

(China’s National Legislative Body Votes to Designate October 25th as the Commemoration of Taiwan’s Reconquest)

I declare , Dr.Nadia Helmy, the expert on Chinese politics and the policies of the ruling Communist Party of China, on behalf of all the brotherly Egyptian people and all Egyptian, Arab, and Islamic peoples, governments, and institutions, and on behalf of all my fellow experts concerned with Chinese affairs around the world “Sinologists”…

I extend my highest sense of pride, appreciation, and respect to His Excellency the Chinese President, Comrade “Xi Jinping”, the leaders of the Political Bureau of the ruling Communist Party of China, the Chinese Ministry of State Security, and all the Chinese people and the people of Taiwan, on the occasion of the announcement by the Chinese National Legislative Body of the People’s Republic of China of designating October 25th as the Commemoration of Taiwan’s Reconquest.

Designating October 25th as the commemoration of Taiwan’s reconquest has many important implications for the entire international community. Designating this commemoration day reinforces the historical and legal facts that “Taiwan has been an inseparable part of the sacred Chinese territory” since the 1940s. Ancient times, and consolidating the international community’s commitment to the “One China” principle, as designating this commemoration day will help preserve the achievements of China’s victory during World War II.

While I fully agree and, on behalf of everyone, emphasize Beijing’s official view that Taiwan is an inalienable part of its territory, and adhere to the “One China” principle and oppose any recognition of Taiwan as an independent state, we all pay respect to the Chinese Constitution, which explicitly states that reunification of the motherland is a national duty.

The purpose of designating October 25 as the anniversary of Taiwan’s return to the motherland on the Chinese mainland is to unite all Chinese people and the Chinese nation under the “One China” principle, including compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. It is to jointly commemorate and revive the collective memory of the Chinese people and the entire world, to commemorate the history of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the Chinese people’s confrontation with Japanese militarism, to honor the Chinese martyrs who fought against the Japanese invaders, and to preserve the results of China’s victory in World War II, represented by the return of Taiwan to the motherland in Beijing. The recovery of Taiwan was a great achievement achieved through tireless struggle and tremendous sacrifices by the entire Chinese nation, with the participation of all Chinese groups and people without discrimination, including the people of Taiwan. From the official Chinese perspective, this is a memory worthy of joint celebration by compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, as an inseparable part of mainland China, in accordance with the “One China” principle.

Thus, we understand the significance of designating Taiwan Recovery Day and holding commemorative activities at the national level, given its significant symbolic significance to the entire international community, helping to highlight the indisputable historical truth that “Taiwan is an inseparable part of China.” Taiwan will celebrate October 25th of each year as an official national holiday, called “Taiwan Recovery Day,” marking the return of Taiwan to the state and government of the People’s Republic of China.

To this end, Taiwanese people will be invited to participate in a mass rally marking the 80th anniversary of Taiwan’s return to China, which will be held on October 25 in mainland China. Representatives from various Taiwanese sectors will attend the rally in Beijing, while visits and exchange activities will be organized before and after the event.

As an internationally renowned Egyptian expert on Chinese political affairs, I call on all Chinese embassies and consulates around the world to hold similar celebrations in all countries, especially in developing countries and states of the Global South, to join the brotherly Chinese people in celebrating Taiwan’s return on October 25.

I also call on my fellow academics, researchers, and experts concerned with Chinese affairs around the world “Sinologists”… To join the Chinese people in celebrating Taiwan’s return on October 25 by writing, analyzing, and explaining that “Taiwan is an Inseparable part of China”

I remind the entire international community, the Chinese and Taiwanese people, and all our Egyptian, Arab, and Islamic peoples that the significance of designating October 25th as the anniversary of Taiwan’s return comes within the framework of the Chinese state’s efforts to resolve the Taiwan issue, prevent foreign interference, especially American interference, in its internal affairs, and realize the dream of China’s complete reunification as a common aspiration and goal for all the chinese nation. This is indispensable for achieving the great and comprehensive rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is also a historic mission for the Communist Party of China. The Communist Party of China, the Chinese government, and the Chinese people have strived for decades to achieve this goal. To achieve this goal of celebrating the anniversary of Taiwan’s return, the leaders of the ruling Communist Party of China have emphasized celebrating “a new era in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.” Under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as General Secretary of the ruling Communist Party, the CPC and the Chinese government have adopted new and innovative measures regarding Taiwan. They have continued to chart the course for cross-Strait relations, ensure peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait, and promote progress toward national reunification. However, in recent years, the Taiwanese authorities, led by the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), have intensified their efforts to divide the country, and some external forces have attempted to exploit Taiwan to contain and hinder China’s rise, prevent the Chinese nation from achieving complete reunification, and halt the process of national rejuvenation.

Therefore, the CPC has worked tirelessly, especially in recent years, to unite the Chinese people and lead them toward achieving the first centenary goal of “building a moderately prosperous society in all respects”, and embarking on a new journey toward the second centenary goal of building China into a modern socialist country.

To this end, as an internationally renowned Egyptian academic and expert on Chinese political affairs and the policies of the ruling Communist Party of China, I declare my full support for Chinese President Xi Jinping’s call on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in an official address to the new leader of Taiwan’s main opposition party, former parliamentarian Cheng Li-wen. Cheng was elected by all segments of the Taiwanese people and supports the “One China” principle against the pro-US and pro-Western Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) in Taiwan, which advocates efforts to divide China and achieve Taiwanese independence against mainland China.

Accordingly, I declare my deep and complete solidarity with the Chinese political leadership in Beijing for this step to prevent division and reunite the Chinese and Taiwanese people… We all condemn and declare our absolute and strong rejection of any futile attempts by the United States and the West to manipulate the issue of Taiwan’s independence against the Chinese people.

My sincere greetings to Comrade “Xi Jinping”, the leaders of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China, the Ministry of State Security, and all the Chinese and Taiwanese people, and I congratulate them on this step, designating October 25 as the anniversary of Taiwan’s recovery. 将10月25日定为“收复台湾纪念日”对整个国际社会具有诸多重要意义。设立这一纪念日，强化了“台湾自20世纪40年代以来一直是中国神圣领土不可分割的一部分”的历史和法理事实。 设立这个纪念日，不仅自古以来就具有重要意义，也有利于巩固国际社会对“一个中国”原则的承，有助于维护中国在二战中取得的胜利。

我完全同意并代表大家强调北京官方关于台湾是其领土不可分割的一部分的观点，坚持“一个中国”原则，反对任何承认台湾为独立国家的行为，但我们都尊重中国宪法，宪法明确规定了维护祖国统一是国家义务。

将10月25日设立为台湾回归祖国纪念日，是为了在“一个中国”原则下团结包括海峡两岸同胞在内的全体中国人民和中华民族。 是为了共同纪念和唤醒中国人民和全世界人民的集体记忆，纪念中国人民抗日战争和中国人民反抗日本军国主义的历史，缅怀抗击日本侵略者的中国烈士，在北京维护以台湾回归祖国为标志的中国二战胜利成果。台湾光复是全中华民族经过不懈奋斗、付出巨大牺牲取得的伟大成就，包括台湾人民在内的所有中国民族和人民都毫无歧视地参与其中。从中国官方角度来看，这是值得两岸同胞在一个中国原则下共同庆祝的记忆，因为台湾是中国大陆不可分割的一部分。

因此，我们深知设立台湾光复纪念日并在国家层面举行纪念活动的意义，因为它对整个国际社会具有重要的象征意义，有助于彰显“台湾是中国不可分割的一部分”这一不容争辩的历史真理。台湾将每年10月25日定为正式的国定假日，称为“台湾光复纪念日”，标志着台湾回归中华人民共和国国家和政府。

为此，我们将邀请台湾民众参加10月25日在大陆举行的纪念台湾回归中国80周年群众大会，台湾各界代表将赴北京出席，并在大会前后组织参观交流活动。

作为国际知名的埃及中国政治问题专家，我呼吁中国驻世界各地的使领馆在所有国家，特别是发展中国家和南半球国家，举办类似的庆祝活动，与兄弟的中国人民一起庆祝10月25日台湾回归。

我也呼吁世界各地关心中国事务的学者、研究人员和专家“汉学家”们……通过撰写、分析和阐释“台湾是中国不可分割的一部分”，与中国人民一起庆祝10月25日台湾回归。

我提醒整个国际社会、中国人民和台湾人民以及全体埃及、阿拉伯和伊斯兰人民，将10月25日定为台湾回归纪念日的意义，在于中国政府致力于解决台湾问题，防止外国特别是美国干涉中国内政，实现中国完全统一的梦想，这是全中华民族的共同愿望和奋斗目标。 这是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求，也是中国共产党肩负的历史使命。中国共产党、中国政府和中国人民为实现这一目标奋斗了几十年。为了庆祝台湾回归祖国二十周年，执政党中国共产党领导人强调要庆祝“中国特色社会主义进入新时代”。在以习近平同志为总书记的党中央坚强领导下，中国共产党和中国政府对台工作不断推出新的举措，不断把握两岸关系发展方向，维护台海和平稳定，推动祖国统一大业不断前进。 然而，近年来，以民进党为首的台湾当局变本加厉地分裂国家，一些外部势力也试图利用台湾遏制和阻碍中国崛起，阻止中华民族实现完全统一，阻挠民族复兴进程。

因此，特别是近年来，中国共产党为团结带领全国人民实现“全面建成小康社会”的第一个百年奋斗目标，开启向第二个百年奋斗目标——建设社会主义现代化国家——迈进的新征程而不懈努力。

为此，作为国际知名的埃及学者、中国政治问题和执政党政策专家，我宣布全力支持中国国家主席习近平于2025年10月19日星期日向台湾主要反对党新任领导人、前立法会议员郑立文发表的正式讲话。 郑先生由台湾各界人民选举产生，他支持“一个中国”原则，反对亲美亲西方的民进党分裂中国、实现“台独”的台湾民主进步党。

因此，我谨此宣布，我深切支持北京的中国政治领导人为防止分裂、团结两岸人民而采取的这一举措……我们一致谴责并坚决反对美国和西方国家任何利用“台独”问题对抗中国人民的徒劳图谋。

我谨向习近平同志、中共中央政治局、国家安全部领导以及全体两岸人民致以诚挚的问候，并祝贺他们决定将10月25日定为台湾光复纪念日。我谨向你们表示诚挚的感谢、赞赏和敬意。此致。
